Made in Guizhou Mao Tai Zhen, ¨Cwithin 100 meter Ci Shui River, in the same fertile soil as the world famous Maotai Flying Fairy, like its name suggests, is slowly cultivated like raising a child. This 53% Man Yang-Rou Shun 9 undergoes nine steps of steaming, eight steps of fermentation, with only one production season per season. The palate is well rounded and full, with a long and aromatic aftertaste.

This 50 years old gold special bottle Fen Chiew is made by 50 years old Fen Chiew pulp, stored underground using special sealed ceramic jar for 50 years, then distilled by experienced liquor master. This is the only bottle liquor store in the Chinese National Museum, because of its unique bottle design and quality of the product. This product is selected as the king liquor product in China. It is crystal and fragrant with lingering after taste. The bottle was made by special crystal and agate, very elegant and collectable.

Red Sorghum
Ingredients: small amount of salt and pepper, 5ml of lemon juice, 30 ml of Fen Chiew, 80 ml of tomato juice.
How to make it: Make it in a cup. Add a couple of ice cubes in a hai bo wine cup, then, in order, add salt, pepper, lemon juice, Fen Chiew; lastly, add the tomato into the cup and start to mix with a stirring rod, and it will be ready to drink.
Alcohol level: 18
Characteristic: intense taste, an after meal favorite.

Lover's Paradise
Ingredients: (for two people) 1 medium-size Elizabethan melon, 30 ml of orange juice, 30 ml of peach juice, 30 ml of Fen Chiew.
How to make it: to mix: first remove 1/4 of the top part of the melon, empty the centre of the fruit, but be careful to not break the shell. Then, in a glass cup, add three ice cubes, then orange juice, peach juice, Fen Chiew, mix about 10 minutes, then pour the mixture into the melon, cover it with the removed part, place two straws and enjoy.

Ingredients: 10 ml of coconut juice, 30 ml of Fen Chiew.
How to make it: To shake: In a liquor mixing machine, add three ice cubes, then, in order, add coconut juice and Fen Chiew, shake intensely for 10 minutes, then pour wine into cocktail cup

Characteristics: long lasting coconut fragrance, soft taste.

Ingredients: 15 ml of Fen Chiew, 30 ml of pineapple juice, 60 ml of fresh coconut juice, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice.
How to make it: Put ingredients into wine kettle, stir after adding ice cubes, and then pour into champagne cup and decorate with fresh strawberry.

Ingredients: 45 ml of Fen Chiew, 8 ml of vodka, 22 ml of mint green wine.
How to make it: Mix and Stir the above ingredients with a couple of ice cubes; then, pour the liquid into a cocktail cup.
